Because when you develop relationships with product creators, you're going to find out about new products before anybody else. When you do this and post the review up on your blog, making sure you use the keywords that relate to the product itself, you're going to get traffic before anybody else does simply because you're one of the few people out there with reviews of the product. This is anything on the sales page that distracts the customer such as links to other sites. You want to make sure that the sales page you're sending people to doesn't have any leakage, especially if the page has links to their affiliate program.
